Hina Khan

Hina Khan was a lively member of the Kings group and came from a comprehensive school in Greater Manchester. She was both physically and mentally fit, as her favourite subjects ranged from essay-centred history lessons to logic-centred maths lessons and her favourite sports ranged from gymnastics to football.

She was an independent pupil and her confidence went undaunted for a month. She claimed to give 110% in everything she did, which is believable when you find out she had already set her sights on a Law degree at Oxford University - even before she had received her GCSE results! She excelled in History at Kings, and found Mr. Rockell's lessons about the Indian Mutiny and the Boer Wars deep and thought-provoking. She left with many friends and memories from the experience and vowed to cherish them for the rest of her life.
